Management of patients in ENT OPD and emergency, also performed many minor and major operative procedure in local OT and general OT such as abscess drainage, Epistaxis management, management of malignant otitis externa in diabetic patients Wound management due to RTA, major OT like Tonsillectomy, Adenotonsillectomy, Septoplasty, correction of nasal bone fracture , Thyroid surgery,Other complicated Head and Neck cancer surgery, Tympanoplasty and other micro ear surgery, Endoscopic Adenoidectomy, endoscopic sinus surgery, also doing all other endoscopic procedure, like diagnostic nasoendoscope, Fibre optic laryngoscopy. Successfully doing laryngeal procedure like Microlaryngeal excision of laryngeal cancer, Emergency tracheotomy the life saving procedure. Participate in initiatives to enhance patient safety and care standards. Continuing Education: Attend workshops and certifications (e.g., advanced airway management, basic surgical training on temporal bone dissection, Sinus surgery workshop, Thyroid mela, National Head -Neck  microsurgery workshop).
